We thought we were having the house tented for termites, so we combined some fun trips so we could be clear of the house. (Unfortunately, our resident sparrow family did not want to give up their house - so no tenting).
First we headed up to Disneyland. We went in December and it poured with rain, so we were issued rain checks. It was a beautiful day - the crowds were moderate, the lines were not too long. We were joined by the Morse family which we always enjoy.. After a late dinner, we headed to our hotel rooms -- kids and moms were asleep the seconds their heads hit the pillows. The guys headed out for a quick nightcap.
Friday morning we were up early - had a hotel breakfast and said our goodbyes. We headed out to LaQuinta to drop the boys off for their Grandparents weekend. Once they were settled...it was time to drive further in to the desert to Scottsdale to watch a couple of baseball spring training games - Mom and Dad enjoyed the 2 nights of R&R and the boys loved every second with their Grammy and Grandpa Skip -- going to the Children's Museum and riding in their new golf cart.
