Swim Lessons for Lucas

We signed up for lessons through the YMCA -- Charlie and Lucas together.  They are both so close to swimming we knew they needed it.   Lucas tried everything his instructor told him to do and really worked hard.  He is swimming 4-5 feet on his own and has really gained losts of confidence in the water.

5th Wedding Anniversary!

5 years! -- We celebrated Owen's birthday on Saturday and then the boys headed to Candy's on Sunday for a sleep over...We headed to Newport Beach for a nice dinner and to see Train.  Then spent the evening at a wonderful hotel with peaceful views - breakfast in bed and then to IKEA (yes Ikea)...Itwas a great 24 hours spent with my husband.  This is the only picture we took!

Owen's Birthday Party in the Park

Beautiful day with gerat friends and family.  Owen enjoyed his party - though I don't hink he knew what was going on...

Owen's Second Birthday

How are you already 2 years old my sweet Owen?  Time has gone by so fast.

Owen's present from Mom, Dad and Lucas - it is a weedwacker, but he thinks it is a vaccuum - Owen spent a good 30minutes vacuuming the house (too bad it is not real)

Sunday Dinner and Play at Stagecoach Park

The boys had some extra energy to burn off - so we grabbed sandwiches at Henry's and had a fun picnic at Stagecoach Park.

4th of July -- Legoland Style

This is the 3rd year we have spent the 4th of July at Legoland.  We get there around 4pm -- play, eat dinner, play some more and then head to the entrance to watch the fireworks.

Trying to get all 3 boys to smile and look at the camera is impossible...but I still love the shots.

Best deal at Legoland - $2 light up wands - the boys ran around with them while we were waiting for the fireworks to start.

Watching the fireworks from the entrance of Legoland - It is a perfect spot with a quick getaway when they are over.

Friday Night at Brengle Terrace Park

We decided to skip the craziness of the TGIF concert this Friday and just go to the park with a picnic dinner.  The boys enjoyed the time and so did we.
