The Morse Family joined us (Charlie and his parents). We enjoyed their company (and friendship) The boys went crazy running around.

End of a long day...Lucas crashing in dad's arms - Owen having his nighttime cocktail

3 1/2 years and counting...

Lucas is 3.5 years old and is just amazing. Overnight he has turned in to a big boy (sometimes I think a young adult) - Lucas is up for any adventure - big or small and is willing to try almost everything (except new foods).

Lucas is still a finicky eater, but slowly is opening up his palate. Lucas writes his name and many other words. He has his numbers 1-50 down and even is working on compound words at Candy's. He loves to tell jokes and asks every how/why question you can imagine. He is a joy to be around and is a great big brother to Owen.

TGIF Jazz - July 24th

Lots of families met up with us this week. It was crazy crowded as the band was Lowrider (formally known as War) -- They were great, but there was barely any green grass to be seen

Owen's Birthday - Part II

We had a birthday BBQ with Grammie and Grandpa Skip and ate the cake that Miss Candy gave to Owen. Messy messy - but so fun!

Yes! -- Another concert in the Park

We had lots of friends join us on the 17th. Lucas and I were pooped after a day at Legoland, but rallied for a fun evening. We were joined by Grammie, Grandpa Skip, Kellee and Brendan, Katrin, Sebi and Silas and Katherine, Chris and Roman. The kids ran around (sometimes a little too far) and Owen climbed in to the stroller and spent most of the evening watching the activity (so cute).
